Shop floors vs staging

Catalog

Consignment Pool on-hand is stock already allocated to shops. Import Bunnasia products, then stage a packing list and allocate — that write is what Shopify sees.

Import from Shopify

Connect the store in Settings to load the live catalog.

bunnasia.myshopify.com still needs an OAuth token. Open Settings and click Install on store (OAuth). Do not use Connect Dev Dashboard app on a live store.

Stage toward Consignment Pool

Search imported products like Shopify (name, SKU, tag, vendor), or upload a CSV / Excel file. Receive stages unallocated units in Outpost. Allocating to a shop increases Shopify inventory at the pooled location.

Source Shopify location. Destination is always Consignment Pool. Receiving stays in Outpost; Shopify updates when you allocate to a shop.

Filters add-all and typeahead. Searches the 0 imported products by name, SKU, tag, or vendor.

Spreadsheet columns: sku, qty. SKUs must already be imported on Catalog. Duplicate SKUs are combined.

Import Shopify products first, then search them here or upload a CSV of SKUs toward Consignment Pool.
